Alcohol and Drug Abuse

Alcohol and drugs abuse can definitely change your life forever. Alcohol is a depressant; it slows the function of the central nervous system and alters a person’s perception, emotion, movement; vision and hearing. When he became an alcoholic and drug addict his life changed he began to drink every day, until he would of pass out. He would of think of my mom, my sisters or me, all he care was about drinking and doing drugs.  He will always imagined things that were not true. He will never thought he will never see us again.  One day when he  realize he was harming himself so much he ask for help and my mom interned him in an alcoholic and drugs abuse clinic. After he got out of the clinic he has never drink or do any drugs.  Alcohol can affect your life in a good or bad way depending on how you drink, how often you drink, and how much you drink. In conclusion alcohol can affect your life in a good or bad way depending on how much you drink, how often you drink, and how you drink, It is better to drink in moderation, and responsible.

Marijuana

Marijuana should not be legalized in California. Marijuana is terrible for your mental and physical health. Marijuana can be a dangerous choice but it also can damage our bodies. When a person gets high, his/her performance can lead to lowered self-esteem which can lead to anxiety and depression. Marijuana users have abnormal brain structure and poor memory and that chronic marijuana abuse may lead to brain changes. The younger the person starts using marijuana, the worse the effects become. When Marijuana becomes more accessible to teenagers, it will cause most of them not to discontinue with their education. Teenagers who use marijuana have lower grades and are less likely to get into college than nonsmokers. They simply do not have the same abilities to remember and organize information compared to those who do not use these substances. This along with the other information on how marijuana is harmful gives us another reason for not legalizing it. Marijuana should not be legalized for the safety of most people and their health. Marijuana destroys the minds of many users. All parts of the body especially the immune system are damaged from marijuana. Marijuana can cause many of the same illnesses cigarettes cause. So in conclusion I believe that marijuana should stay illegal to ensure the safety of our future.

Romance

Romance is the expressive and pleasurable feeling of an emotional attraction towards another person associated with love. In a romantic relationship, there is more often more emphasis on emotions especially those of love, intimacy, compassion, appreciation, and affinity rather than or physical intimacy. Romantic love in the early stages is often characterized by the uncertainty, along with emotional anxiety, that love may not be returned.  Like in the movie “A Walk to Remember" I choose a quote to define what is to be in love and to be romantic. Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offence and is not resentful.

Tatto

Tattoos are often used as means to express a person's feelings most people have something to say with their tattoos that they feel words just cannot cover. Like the old fashion saying of a picture is  worth a million words, well it works very much the same with tattoos. For example, my husband has a portrait of his beloved grandfather on his left shoulder to remind him of all the good times he spent with his grandfather. Also it means a lot to him to be able to honor his grandfather's memory in such a way that allows him to never forget him. Even though my husband owns many pictures to remind him of his grandfather he felt that is just wasn't enough; so he made the decision to go forward with the tattoo. Through my husbands experience I can honestly say that tattoos may serve as a way of preserving a memory and/or telling a story of a beloved relative. Before this lovely experience I considered tattoos to be a way of life for the incarcerated and street criminals. I would have never known that tattoos can serve a meaningful purpose.
